Elliot Garfield - "I am a dedicated actor Paula. I value what I do and because of a mentally arthritic director, I am about to play the 2nd greatest role in the history of the English speaking theater like a double order of fresh California fruit salad."

Elliot Garfield - "What makes you think something's wrong? You open with Richard the 3rd in front of all the New York critics tomorrow night with a chartreuse hump on your back. You play Richard with a crippled, paralytic hand and pink polish on your nails."

Elliot Garfield - "Not everyone in the world is after your magnificent body, lady. In the first place, it's not so magnificent. It's fair, but it ain't keeping me up nights, ya know?
